采用溶液共混浇铸法制备了一系列的聚丙烯腈/磺化聚苯醚(PAN/SPPO)共混质子交换膜。结果表明,磺酸基团成功引入交换膜,共混膜有较好的相容性,没产生相分离,PAN/SPPO共混膜的吸水率和溶胀率明显降低,其热性能稳定。与纯SPPO膜相比,虽然其质子传导率有所下降,但都在10^-2~10^-3S/cm数量级范围内,完全可以作为质子交换膜使用。

英文摘要:

A series of polyacrylonitrile / sulfonatcd poly ( phenylene oxide ) ( PAN / SPPO ) proton membranes was prepared by solution blending.The Fourier transform infrared spectrometer of SPPO indicated the introduce of sulfonic acid group. Scanning electron microscopy showed that the blend membrane had good compatibility, no phase separation.The physical and chemical properties of the membrane showed that PAN / SPPO blend membrane water absorption and swelling rate was significantly reduced, and its thermal stability was good.Contrast to SPPO, the blend membrane' s proton conductivity decreased, but all ranged between 10 ^-2 to 10^-3 S / era.So it could be completely used as proton exchange membrane.
