为了考察扁藻Tetraselmis chui和新月菱形藻Nitzschia closterium的胞外分泌物(Extracellular organic matter,EOM)及其分别与Fe(Ⅲ)、Cu(Ⅱ)共存条件下对海水中苯酚光解的影响,在模拟太阳光照射下,利用自制光化学反应器进行苯酚光解试验。结果表明:苯酚在扁藻和新月菱形藻EOM及分别与Fe(Ⅲ)、Cu(Ⅱ)共存下的光解过程均符合准一级动力学反应;苯酚的光解速率常数随着扁藻和新月菱形藻EOM浓度的增加而减小,表明这两种微藻的EOM可抑制海水中苯酚的光解;当加入不同浓度的Fe(Ⅲ)或Cu(Ⅱ)后,两种微藻的EOM对苯酚光解的抑制作用减弱,且苯酚的光解速率常数随着Fe(Ⅲ)或Cu(Ⅱ)浓度的增加而增大;当微藻EOM、Fe(Ⅲ)、Cu(Ⅱ)三者共存时,可进一步促进苯酚光解。
The photolysis of phenol in preparation of a photochemical reactor was investigated in extracellular organic matter solutions(EOM) of two alga species Tetraselmis chui or Nitzschia closterium under simulated sunlight irradiation, and the influence of coexistence of Fe (Ⅲ ) with Cu (Ⅱ) on the photolysis of phenol was also studied in seawater. The results showed that the photolysis process of phenol was found to be conformed to pseudo first order kinetics equation in EOM and coexistence solutions with different concentration of Fe( m ) and Cu( 11 ). The pho- tolysis rate constant of phenol was found to be decreased with increase in microalgae EOM concentration. When the microalga EOM solution was added with Fe (Ⅲ) or Cu (Ⅱ), however, the photolysis rate constant of phenol was increased, indicating that the inhibition of microalga EOM was reduced with increase in the Fe (Ⅲ) or Cu (Ⅱ) concentrations. Furthermore, the photolysis of phenol was further promoted in the coexistence of microalga EOM with Fe (Ⅲ) and Cu (Ⅱ).
