针对现有教育资源可达性主题研究不足的现状,文章通过量化分析入学时间成本,对深圳市福田区小学服务范围进行划定,并结合现有学区划分,以移动搜索算法为基础,针对实际择校机制引入Huff模型进行算法改进,对小学可达性进行量化评价。实验结果表明,该方法可以实现对研究区小学布局的科学评价,为学校选址规划提供合理的建议。
Aiming at the insufficiency of current study on the accessibility of education resources, the paper put forward a modified floating catchment area method to make an assessment toward the spatial ac- cess of primary schools, which integrated the Huff Model and took the time cost as well as actual school district division into consideration. Experimental result showed that the method could realize the scientific evaluation on the distribution of primary schools in study area, and provide reasonable advice for education resource planning
