采用电磁仿真软件对C波段多注速调管的输入腔、输出腔及中间腔的高频特性进行了冷腔分析。采用CHIPIC软件对高频互作用区进行了整体建模。为得到稳定且较高的输出功率,对电子束,输入功率及输出耦合结构等参数进行研究分析。通过对结果的分析,模拟整个高频结构的工作情况,在电子束电压28 kV,总电流为14.96 A的条件下,得到了功率为225 kW的峰值功率,效率为50%。
The input,output and idler cavities of C-band multi-beam klystron were analyzed with the electromagnetic simu-lation software. The overall modeling of the high-frequency interaction area was achieved by means of CHIPIC software. To get the stable and high output power,the parameters,such as electron beam,input power and output coupling structure,were re-searched and analysed. Through the analysis of the results and simulation of the entire structure,the multi-beam klystron can produce the peak output power of 225 kW with efficiency of 50% in the case of electron beam voltage of 28 kV and total beam current of 14.96 A.
