针对电动汽车采用的双向直流变换器效率不高的问题,提出一种带有源缓冲电路的双向直流变换器。在工作过程中,双向直流变换器通过有源缓冲电路实现开关管的软开关,解决了开关管寄生二极管的反向恢复问题,使变换器在具有较高效率的同时又能够稳定的输出。由试制的一台200 W样机可知,变换器在boost工作模式下实现了开关管的零电压开关,有效减少了变换器的开关损耗。通过与传统双向直流变换器进行比较,双向直流变换器boost工作模式在较大负载范围内有最优效率曲线。
Aiming at the problems of bidirectional dc-dc converter for electric vehicle such as low efficiency, a soft-switching bidirectional dc-dc converter with an active snubber is proposed in this paper. The soft switches are achieved by utilizing the active snubber during working process. Therefore, the total efficiency of the converter is improved. To verify the efficiency improvement of the proposed converter, the experimental results from a 200 W prototype are discussed. By the result, the boost operation of proposed converter can achieve soft-switching, and the efficiency improvement is achieved over a wide range of load.
