将功能单元与结构单元作为基本逻辑单元,提出一种基于单元模型的产品结构概念设计方法.建立了功能单元模型,以及产品级和零件级两种不同复合度的结构单元模型;以功能单元为载体,通过对表征功能单元间关联关系的邻接矩阵进行运算,得到功能单元的耦合集及其优先级关系,建立了设计活动的功能链图;以功能链图为依据,建立了功能单元—产品级结构单元关联矩阵,得到基于产品级结构单元组合的、满足功能需求的设计方案;以此为原形,进行产品级结构单元到零件级结构单元的运动及定位关系映射,建立了以功能表面为载体的、由功能表面及其关联构成的产品结构骨架,对其进行参数约束与结构扩展,即可完成产品结构的扩展.以搬运机器人为例,说明了所提方法的有效性.
Function cells and structure cells were used as the basic operating units in design process to propose a product structure conceptual design method based on cell model.The function cell model and the structure cells which included product cells and part cells were constructed.Through operation on the adjacency matrix of function cells,the coupled function sets as well as their priority relations were obtained,and the function chain for design activity was established.According to the function chain graph,the structural adjacency matrix of function cells-product was built,and a highly abstract design scheme based on product cell combination and function requirement satisfaction was obtained.By taking the function surface as the carrier,the product structural framework was consisted with function surface and its correlation.The extension of product structure could achieve by parameter constraint and structure extension of product framework.A handling robot was used to demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed method.
