科学效应是产品创新设计过程中的一种重要知识类型。建立科学效应知识模型,并实现知识推理,有助于功能的求解过程。Prolog是一种基于谓词逻辑的人工智能语言,广泛应用于专家系统的构建。采用一阶谓词的形式,以Prolog语言为载体,实现了科学效应知识的表示与推理过程,构建科学效应知识库系统。通过棉花采摘工具的功能分析与方案设计过程,验证了基于Prolog的科学效应知识模型的有效性。
Reasoning for effect is a key knowledge for innova- tion design. To establish a knowledge-based model with reasoning for effect contributes to exploring working principles for correspond- ing function unit. Prolog is a kind of Artificial Intelligence Lan- guage based on first-order predicate and is used in expert system building widely. The effect knowledge representation and reasoning is realized by Prolog and the effect knowledge system is built. The effectiveness of the effect knowledge system is proved by the con- ceptual design of Cotton Picker during the function analysis.
