提出一种基于局部与全局的广义轴相似性检索方法。将广义轴相似性检索分为局部检索与全局检索两个过程完成。在局部检索中,首先建立基于零件几何信息和拓扑信息的零件信息模型,以此为基础通过建立相似度计算方法,实现广义轴的零件检索。全局检索分为模糊检索和精确检索两步,通过识别广义轴类型实现模糊检索;在精确检索中提取广义轴描述信息,将广义轴内部零件的几何外形、拓扑位置、零件之间的系统关系与广义轴类型关联驱动起来,生成编码信息并构建不同层次矩阵,最终使用优配算法计算得到相似度结果。最后以减速器中广义轴的检索为例验证了该方法的有效性。
Generalized axis similarity retrieval method based on local and global search is proposed.Generalized axis similarity retrieval is divided into local search and global search.Part information model based on the geometric and topological information is established in the process of local search.On the basis of the model,part retrieval of generalized axis is achieved by establishing similarity calculation method.Global search is divided into fuzzy search and accurate search.Fuzzy search is achieved by identifying the type of generalized axis.In the process of accurate retrieval,generalized axis description information is extracted.The geometric and topological information of parts,the systematic relationship between parts and the type of generalized axis are associated for generating encoded information and constructing a matrix of different levels.The similarity result is calculated by optimal matching algorithm.Finally,the effectiveness of this method is verified by the case of generalized axis of reducer retrieval.
