为了探究模糊前端阶段创新设想产生的机理,建立了设计活动主体与计算机辅助创新环境共同作用的认知过程模型,分析了选择性注意在创新设想产生过程中的重要作用.创新设想的产生是工作记忆处理注意焦点信息的结果.在应用机械设计理论与计算机辅助创新软件的过程中,注意焦点的形成与目标指向选择、刺激驱动捕获过程相关.匹配、回忆、变更是智能体对注意焦点的3种基本操作.利用计算机辅助创新软件InnovationTools,对立轴式冲击破碎机转子加速不理想的问题进行了分析并获得问题的特殊解,对创新设想产生过程进行了演示.
The process model for innovative idea generation was put forward based on the interaction between the designer and the Computer Aided Innovation conditions to investigate the cognitive mechanism for innovative idea generation in phase of Fuzzy Front End.The effect of Selective Attention was discussed.Innovative idea generation is the result of information processing of focus of attention by working memory.The form of focus of attention is related to the process of Goal-Directed selection and Stimulus-Driven capture with the application of design methodology and CAI tools.To match,recall and change are three basic operations for focus of attention by designer in order to generate the innovative ideas.Finally,the conflict of uniform acceleration and low levels in vertical shaft impact crusher were analyzed with Substance-Field model using the Computer Aided Innovation software named Innovation Tools.The proposed model was illustrated with this example.
