论文旨在以中小企业的瓶颈突破过程为主线,采用多案例研究方法,以三家中小企业为案例样本,并将知识服务机构作为价值共创的主体纳入到瓶颈突破的过程中。研究结论表明:关系嵌入、价值共创及瓶颈突破构成了双方互动的全过程,最终带来了中小企业的持续成长。
This paper focuses on the process of bottleneck breakthrough of three SMEs (also including KIBs) by the method of multi-case study from the dynamic perspective. The study found that the interaction process between SMEs and KIBs is composed of three stages: relational embeddedness, value co-creation and bottleneck breakthrough, which brings sustainable growth to the SMEs.
