台湾省林业开发经历了过去以牺牲环境为代价的资源掠夺式开发,到如今的生态开发治理阶段,实现了生态保护与产业发展的协调统一。通过研究学习台湾省林业生态开发治理经验,对我国大陆地区具有重要理论意义和实践价值。本文从生态可持续发展的视角,梳理近代以来台湾省林业开发治理思想的发展演变过程,总结出台湾省林业生态开发治理的特有经验,最后得出对大陆地区林业开发的有益启示。

英文摘要：

Taiwan witnessed the changes of her forestry development from predatory exploitation at the expense of environment resources in the past to today’s ecological development and governance stage. The forestry development has come to stage of a harmonization between ecological protection and industrial development. The study on the course of Taiwan forestry ecological exploitation and governance has great theoretical and practical value for mainland China forestry ecological construction. From the perspective of ecological sustainable development, the paper reviews the development of ideology of Taiwan＇s forestry exploitation and governance since the modem times, summarizes the unique experience of Taiwan forestry ecological exploitation and governance, and finally concludes some beneficial enlightenment for mainland China.
