利用四分之三波长折叠微带线与四分之一波长微带线级联,并在输入端口引入四分之一波长短路线,设计出一种新型的超宽带功率分配器。采用奇偶模的方法进行理论分析,导出设计参数方程,并通过HFSS进行仿真优化。仿真和测量结果表明,输入回波损耗从3GHz~10.9GHz均大于10dB。插入损耗从2.6GHz-9.5GHz均小于1dB,从9.5GHz~10.8GHz均小于1.3dB。输出端口的回波损耗和隔离度从3GHz12.7GHz均大于10dB。高频的带外抑制在14.2GHz时达到20dB。
The design of a novel Wilkinson power divider for uhra-wideband (UWB) operation is presented. This structure is formed by a three-quarter-wavelength folded microstrip line segment connected a quarter-wavelength section and a short-circuited stub introduced at the input port. Closed-form design equations are derived based on the even-mode and odd-mode analysis. The measured results show the input return loss is greater than 10dB from 3GHz to 10.9GHz, while the insertion loss is less than 1 dB from 2.6 GHz to 9.5 GHz, less than 1.3 dB from 9.5 GHz to 10.8 GHz, and the out-of-band rejection level is more than 20 dB at 14.2 GHz. The output return loss and the isolation between the port 2 and port 3 are all greater than lOdB from 3GHz to 12.7GHz.
