以四氧化三铁和钛酸四丁酯为原料利用溶胶-凝胶法制备了磁性复合催化剂TiO2—γFe2O3,通过XRD、IR、TEM等手段进行结构和形貌表征,研究了原材料比例对其光催化效率的影响,探讨了热处理温度和热处理时间对光催化剂性能和磁性的影响。并且在相同的制备条件和催化剂及相同染料浓度的条件下,对不同的染料进行光催化降解实验,萘酚绿B20min几乎可以完全降解,40min甲基橙降解率达到95%左右,品红60min可以完全降解。
The magnetic composite photocatalyst was prepared by sol-gel method with the starting materials tetrabutyl titanate and ferroferric oxide. The sample was characterized by XRD, IR and TEM methods. In different proportion, different temperature and the period of the of heatment, their effects on photocatalytic activity of the samples were discussed. In the same conditions, different dyes were degraded by the TiO2-γFe2O3 photocatalyst.
