采用水溶液法聚合法制备膨润土/丙烯酸/丙烯酰胺三元共聚物,获得的复合材料的吸水倍率达到872倍。讨论了膨润土加入量、交联剂的用量、丙烯酸的中和度、丙烯酸和丙烯酰胺的质量比等制备条件对高吸水性复合材料吸水倍率的影响。FTIR研究证实膨润土已经有效地与高聚物结合,膨润土对共聚物的吸水速率和保水能力具有一定的影响。
Bentonite/acrylic acid/acrylamide tricopolymer was synthesized by using aqueous solution polymerization. And the water absorbency of the obtained composite materials was 872 times. Some factors affecting the water absorbency of superabsorbent composite material, such as the neutralization of acrylic acid, the amount of added bentonite and crosslinking agent, as well as the quality ration AA over AM was investigated. The FTIR research indicated that bentonite was effectively compounded with polymer. In addition, bentonite had a certain effect on the absorbency velocity and capability of holding water in this copolymer.
