以硝酸铁、硝酸铋为原料,采用柠檬酸-硝酸盐燃烧法制备了可见光响应的BiFeO3磁性光催化材料,利用XRD、SEM、PPMS等分析技术对催化剂进行了表征,通过对染料的降解实验检测其光催化活性。结果表明,用柠檬酸-硝酸盐燃烧法制备的BiFeO3在常温下的最大磁化强度约为0.4~0.6Am^2/kg,500℃条件下制备的光催化剂在300W高压汞灯紫外光照射下,对曙红B和甲基橙的脱色率分别达到91.8%和83.2%,催化活性良好,而且在可见光下具有一定的光催化活性,10h对曙红B的脱色率达到70.1%。
BiFeO3, as a magnetic photocatalytic material with visible light response, was prepared by citrate-nitrate combustion method used bismuth nitrate (Bi(NOa)3 · 5H2O) and iron nitrate (Fe(NO3)3· 9H2O) as starting materials, and characterized by XRD, SEM and PPMS. The photocatalytic properties of the samples were evaluated by degradation of dyes. The results show that the magnetization of BiFeO3 is about 0.4-0.6A· m^2/kg and the sample prepared under 500℃ has good photocatalytic properties, the discoloration rates of eosine B and methyl orange were 91.8% and 83.2% in about 4h under UV light irradiation of 300W high pressure Hg lamp, respectively. The samples are capable of responding to visible light, and the discoloration rate of cosine B was 70. 1% under visible light irradiation for 10h.
