介绍了染料敏化太阳能电池(DSSC)的基本结构、工作原理和影响其光电转换效率的关键材料,如阳极材料、染料、电解质、阴极材料;综述了各组成部分的研究现状和发展趋势。对于DSSC的研究,有序半导体氧化物薄膜的进一步优化。全吸收染料的合成以及高效准固态或固态电解质的应用,对提高电池的整体性能具有重要的意义。此外,还评述了近年来DSSC所面对的问题,展望了其工业化进程。
This paper introduces the basic structure,working principle of the dye-sensitized solar cells(DSSC) and its key materials which can affect the overall light-to-electricity conversion efficiency, including anode materials, dye, electrolyte and cathode materials. And it reviewes the research progress of the dye-sensitized solar cells and discusses the way forward of its study. For the research of DSSC, the further optimization of the ordered-oxide thin films, the synthesis of the all absorbed dye which can improve the efficiency of the light captured and the application of the higher quasi-solid-state or solid state electrolyte which can increase the life of the DSSC and sealing technology will improve the whole performance of the DSSC. In addition, the existing problems and prospects of the industrilization of the DSSC are also summarized.
