针对有限计划期内需求率与回收率相关的情况,提出连续时变需求的可维修备件库存模型,其中新备件与回收修复备件并用。为简便起见,假设在修复作业周期中不再回收旧备件。基于相关总库存成本最小化,探讨原材料采购、新产品制造与回收产品修复的逆向物流库存优化策略,由于总库存成本函数中实数与整数决策变量并存,是NP难问题,采用递归算法提出了求解步骤,并给出两个数值算例来说明求解算法的有效性。采用数值算例对库存模型的性能、敏感性进行了分析。
Aiming at the related situations of demand rate and recovery rate in finite planning horizon,a repairable spare parts inventory model of continuous time-varying demand was proposed,in which supplied new spare parts with recovery spare parts.For simplicity,we assume that there was no collection of used items during the repair uptime and downtime periods.Based on minimization of related total inventory,the reverse logistics inventory optimization strategy of raw materials procurement,new items manufacture and recovered items repair was discussed.Due to the coexistence of real and integer decision variables,NP was a difficult problem.Thus the solving steps were proposed by using recursive algorithm,and the effectiveness of solving algorithm was illustrated through two numerical examples.Finally,the performance and sensitivity of inventory model were analyzed by examples.
