在分析物流节点配置内涵的基础上,提出了考虑物流园区规模经济以及物流需求不确定情况下的物流园区布局优化模型.针对该模型的特点,提出了基于扩展网络最小费用流的混合遗传算法.为了验证上述模型和算法的有效性,在Visual C++6.0环境下进行了数值仿真实验.结果表明,该算法是解决考虑规模效应以及需求不确定的物流园区优化布局模型行之有效的算法.
Based on the analysis of the connotation and current research about the logistics nodes configuration, an optimization model of the logistics park layout is given according to the characteristic ot economics of scale on Logistics Park and the uncertainty of logistics demand. At last, a numerical example is provided to validate the model and algorithm under the Visual C++6. 0 development environ- ment. From the result of simulation, the proposed model and algorithm provides a useful tool to supervise the work of regional logistics system planning.
