分析复杂物流网络结构特征,考虑物流网络规划设计的不确定性影响,运用区间规划理念,以区间数度量不确定性变量,构建多商品、多层次、多节点的复杂物流网络设计模型。定义风险系数与最大决策偏差,给出适合物流网络不确定性变量的区间运算准则,实现模型的确定性转化。在两层递阶优化求解策略下,结合区间运算与遗传算法,设计了区间分层优化遗传算法的求解模式。算例测试表明该方法具有较强的实用性,可以作为物流网络规划的决策参考方法。
In this paper,the structure characteristic of complex logistics network is analyzed,and the uncertain influence of the design for logistics network is considered.The interval number is applied to measure uncertain variables and construct multi-commodities,multi-levels,multi-nodes complex logistics network model with interval planning idea.The risk coefficient and maximum decision-making deviation are defined respectively,and the operational guidelines which adapted the uncertain variables of logistics network are given to realize the certain transform of the model.Under the solving strategy of two level hierarchical optimization,the interval operation and genetic algorithm is composed to design a solution model of interval hierarchical optimization genetic algorithm.The result of a tested example shows that the operability of practice of solution result is stronger,and it’s a reference method for decision and location of logistics node.
