Based on analysis the current and question of region logistics system of Hunan province, k is presented the object on constructing modem regional logistics system of Hunan under the history condition of ＂Rising of the Central Regions＂. Furthermore, it is also discussed the contexts and plan of constructing modem region logistics system ,according to the location advantage and resource feature of Hunan. And the feasible advices is given.
