目的:研究金背枇杷叶中的化学成分。方法:利用色谱方法分离和纯化化合物,并通过光谱方法及理化性质鉴定其结构。结果:从金背枇杷叶中分离得到6个化合物,分别鉴定为:金丝桃苷(1)、萹蓄苷(2)、棉花皮素-3-O-β-D-半乳糖苷(3)、槲皮素(4)、桦木苷(5)、β-谷甾醇(6)。结论:化合物1~4、6为首次从该植物中分离得到。
Objective:To study the chemical constituents from the leaf of Rhododendron przewalskii. Methods:Isolate and purify compounds by chromatographic methods,and identify structures by spectroscopic methods. Results:Six compounds were isolated and identified as hyperin(1),avicularin(2),gossypetin-3-O-β-D-galactoside(3),quercetin(4),betuloside(5) and β-sitosterol(6). Conclusion:Compounds 1 ~ 4 and 6 are isolated from Rhododendron przewalskii for the frist time.
