学校心理健康服务是教师以心理学理论和方法为依据,在对一组已知事实、经验结果进行理解和解释的基础上,通过心理健康教学、心理健康评估、心理辅导以及心理危机干预等活动,提高学校全体师生员工心理健康水平的专业活动。以心理健康教育教师为核心的工作团队,遵循心理健康的特点和规律,向学生和教职员工提供不同层级的心理健康与心理保健服务,以及围绕该项工作的各种人财物的投入、教育培训、管理以及相应的制度建设等,构成了学校心理健康服务体系。根据其目标和任务不同,可以划分为心理健康自评和他评评价系统、心理健康课程与教学系统、心理辅导与咨询服务系统,以及心理疾病预防与危机干预系统。积极稳妥地推进中国特色的学校心理健康服务体系建设,需要编制本土化的心理健康评价工具,开发学校心理健康课程与教育资源,加强学校心理辅导与心理辅导室建设,完善学校危机预防与干预服务系统。

英文摘要:

School mental health service is a kind of professional activity, which aims to promote the level of metal health of teachers and students. Based on the theory and method of psychology, school mental health service mainly carries forward mental health teaching, mental health evaluation, psychological guidance, and psychological crisis intervention on the basis of the understanding and explanation of a set of given facts and experience consequence. School mental health service system is constituted by the investment of all kinds of people and property, educational training and management, as well as relative system construction, etc., involving mental health service. In the system, the mental health education teachers are the core work team, who offer different levels of mental health and care services for the students and teachers in accordance with mental health characteristics and rules. Due to the different goals and tasks, school mental health service system could be clarified as the system of self-assessment and preceptor-assessment, the mental health curriculum and teaching system, psychological guidance and consultative service system, as well as psychological illnesses prevention and crisis intervention system. To vigorously and appropriatively promote the construction of mental health service system with Chinese characteristics, we should establish the localized mental health evaluation tools, develop school mental health curricula and teaching resources, reinforce the construction of school mental health guidance and mental health guidance room, and improve school crisis prevention and intervention service system.
