本文从理论上对Surfer的主要数据网格化方法与体积计算原理进行研究,并采用检查点法、残差均方根与体积相对中误差等精度评定指标对网格数据与体积计算精度做定量分析,通过实验证实利用改进谢别像法与径向基函数法对稀疏源数据网格化精度较高。同时采用梯形规则、辛普森规则与辛普森3/8规则进行体积计算,当三种规则体积计算结果相近时数据网格化间距最优,此时体积计算精度较高。最后将这种体积计算方法用于土方计算,将结果与传统方法对比并参见国家标准,实验证明基于sumr的体积计算方法用于工程中土方计算精度可靠性。
Methods of the data gridding and precision of volume calculation based on surfer from the theory were studied. And precision of gridding data and volume calculation by checkpoint method, residuals RMS and relative mean error were quantitatively analyzed. Experiments show that modified Shepard's method and radial basis function are suit to grid sparse fountainhead and have higher precision. The volume is simultaneously calculated by three methods: extended trapezoidal rule, extended Simpson's ride, and extended Simpson's 3/8 rule. Interval of the data gridding is optimum when three kind of computed results are very close, and precision of volume calculation is higher. Finally this new method is used in the earthwork calculation. The result is compared with traditional methods refering to national criteria. Experiments have proved that the method of volume calculation is reliable in precision.
