受体与离子通道是存在于细胞膜的天然生物传感单元。在对受体与离子通道生物传感器研究所具有的优势,以及开发该类传感器所面临的具体困难详细论述的基础上,重点对本领域最新研究的纳米孔支撑的双层类脂膜体系、受体与离子通道耦联的电活性细胞受体,以及基于细胞传感器的受体与离子通道研究等新型生物医学传感技术手段与方法进行了系统介绍。对受体与离子通道生物传感器的应用前景进行了展望。
Receptor and ion channel are natural bio-sensing units on the membrane of mammalian cells. On the basis of analyzing the advantages of receptor and ion channel and specific obstacles for the development of biosensors, some biomedical sensor developments are introduced in detail, such as bilayer lipid membrane platforms supported by nano-porous, electrifying cell receptors with ion channels coupled to receptors, and ion channels and receptors naturally expressed on cell-based biosensors. Based on these new techniques and methods, the development and application of receptor and ion channel based biosensors was prospected.
