Shengjie Li is a Professor of College of Mathematics and Science in Chongqing University. He received B. Sc. in mathematics from Chongqing Jianzhu University and M. Sc. in operations research from Chinese Academy of Sciences as well as Ph. D. in applied mathematics from The Hong Kong Polytechnic University. He has published over forty papers in the area of mathematical programming. His current research interests are vector optimization and supply chain.lisj@cqu.edu.cn Guangya Chert is a Professor of Institute of Systems Science, Chinese Academy of Sciences. He is the President of Systems Engineering Society of China and the Editor-in-Chief of Systems Engineering-Theory and Practices. He obtained first and second prizes of Natural Science Prize of Chinese Academy of Sciences in 2001 and 1995, respectively. He also obtained the ISI citation Classic award from USA in 2000.
