中草药酵母硒硼对AA肉鸡生长性能的影响

本文研究中草药酵母硒与微量元素硼联用对肉鸡生长性能的影响。1200羽1日龄健康 AA 肉鸡随机分为对照组和试验Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ组,每组240羽;对照组饲喂玉米-豆粕型基础日粮,各试验组日粮设计为基础日粮﹢4%中草药酵母硒﹢硼(硼含量分别为0、5、10、15 mg / kg),试验期42d。结果显示,试验Ⅱ- Ⅳ组21d 和42d 肉鸡平均体重和日增重均不同程度高于对照组和试验Ⅰ组,其中21d 试验Ⅱ、Ⅳ组和42d 试验Ⅱ、Ⅲ组肉鸡平均体重,1-21d 试验Ⅱ组及22-42d 和1-42d 试验Ⅱ -Ⅳ组平均日增重显著或极显著高于对照组(P〈0.05或 P〈0.001);42d 试验Ⅱ、Ⅲ组肉鸡平均体重及22-42d 和1-42d 试验Ⅱ、Ⅲ组平均日增重显著高于试验Ⅰ组。各试验组不同日龄阶段料重比均不同程度低于对照组和试验Ⅰ组,其中22-42d 和1-42d(全期内)试验Ⅱ -Ⅳ组肉鸡的料重比降低较为明显。试验结果表明,中草药酵母硒与微量元素硼联用对肉鸡的生长性能有明显促进作用,可明显提高肉鸡的平均体重、日增重和饲料转化率,并以添加0.4%中草药酵母硒和5-10 mg / kg 硼的联用效果最好。

英文摘要:

To determine the effect of Se - enriched yeast cultured Chinese medicine(SEYCCM)and Boron on growth performance of broilers,1200 one - day - old healthy Arbor Acre(AA)broilers were randomly divided into five groups and each group had 240 broilers. The five experimental diets were designed as following:the control group was fed with the corn - soybean basal diet and the experimental groups Ⅰ,Ⅱ,Ⅲ and Ⅳwere of-fered basal diet added by 4% SEYCCM with different concentration of Boron(0,5,10,15 mg / kg,respective-ly)for 42 days. From results,compared with the control group and group Ⅰ,the average final weight and average daily gain of the Ⅱ,Ⅲand Ⅳ groups were increased differently. Compared with the control group,the average final weight of Ⅱ and Ⅳ in 21d and that of Ⅱ and Ⅲ in 42d were increased significantly. The average daily gain of Ⅱ group during 1 - 21d and that ofⅡ,Ⅲ and Ⅳ during 22 - 42d and 1 - 42d were significantly higher than that of the control group(P〈 0. 05 or P〈 0. 001). In groups Ⅱ and Ⅲ,the final average weight in 42d and the average daily gain during 22 - 42d and the 1 - 42d were significantly higher than that in the control group.Meanwhile,the feed / gain ratio of the Ⅱ,Ⅲ and Ⅳ groups was differently decreased than that of the control and groups Ⅰ,and that in 22 - 42d and 1 - 42d was effected significantly. Above results indicate that the complex of SEYCCM and Boron supplemented in basal diet has an beneficial effect on broiler growth performance and the effect of 5 and 10 mg / kg boron with 4% SEYCCM was the best.
