外商直接投资(FDI)对于东道国不同性别群体的就业和工资分配的影响日益加强,这一领域也逐渐引起了经济学者的关注。文章首先对FDI影响劳动力市场性别不平等的理论机制进行概括和梳理,进一步针对FDI影响性别就业差距和性别工资差距的已有研究进行述评,并在此基础上对FDI影响劳动力市场性别不平等研究的发展方向进行了展望,以期对后续研究有所裨益。
FDI is increasingly influencing the employment and wage distribution between men and women in host countries, an issue that has attracted the attention of economists. This article first summarizes and reflects on the theoretical perspectives on the mecha- nisms of FDI that influence the rise of gender inequality in labor markets in China, especially in relation to gender employment and wage gaps based on a review of the available research. It will end with a discussion of the prospects in future research.
