本文采用正交试验法对非均相电解Ce2(SO4)3条件进行摸索,得出非均相电解Ce2(SO4)3的最佳电解条件为:硫酸铈浓度0.45mol.L-1,硫酸浓度为1.5 mol.L-1,电流密度200 mA.cm-2,电解电量比为110%,电解温度为40℃。在最优条件下,五次平均电流效率达到96.00%。
In the presence of 0.45 mol·L-1Ce2(SO4)3 and 1.5 mol·L-1H2SO4,the optimal condition for heterogeneous electrolysis of Ce2(SO4)3 is prepared at 40 ℃ with electrolytic power ratio of 110 % and current density of 200 mA·cm-2 through orthogonal test.Under this reaction condition,the average current efficiency of five electrolysises has been up to 96.00 %.
