英文摘要：
There were many chemical ingredients in silkworm excrement. The development and utilization of silkworm excrement had a broad prospect. Chlorophyll, pectin, leaf- protein, etc. could be extracted from silkworm excrement. In this paper, at first the chemical composition and conservation methods of silkworm feces were described briefly. Secondly, the progress of research and the extraction technology of chlorophyll, pectin, leaf - protein, etc. from silkworm excrement were also studied in detail. Finally, the means on exploitation and multipurpose use of silkworm excrement resource were suggested, which was feasible and economical.
