采用喷雾干燥制备铁系正极材料,研究了不同煅烧温度对产物物相、粒度以及电化学性能的影响,并利用XRD、SEM和激光粒度分析仪对产物进行了表征。采用二次电池测试仪对正极活性材料进行了测试。结果表明,300℃时煅烧产物由LiFe5O8和LiFeO2组成,随着温度的升高,LiFe5O8减少,到700℃时生成单一的LiFeO2,其在300℃时首次放电比容量为232mAh/g,随着反应温度的升高,首次放电容量逐渐减小。
Spray drying is used to prepare lithium iron oxides as cathodes for lithium ion batteries. Phase composition, size distribution and electrochemial performace of the products are investigated. The results show that the initial phase is composed of LiFeO2 and LiFe5O8, with the increase of temperature, the amounts of LiFe5O8 reduces and finally disappears at 700℃. The first discharge capacity of the cathode calcined at 300℃ is 232mAh/g, but reduces with the increasing calcination temperature.
