Parameter identification problem of interaction system of HBV and medicine with reaction-diffusion phenomenon is investigated in this paper.The mathematical model of this problem is constructed and the continuous dependence of the solution to the direct problem on the parameters identified is obtained on the basis of investigation of the direct problem.Meanwhile,a result on the existence of optimal solution of the parameter identification problem is given.
