笔者对位于中亚热带的武夷山上不同海拔植被土壤的细根生物量进行了测定,分析了细根生物量的季节动态。研究结果表明:(1)各林分活细根生物量占总细根生物量的比例在90%以上,各土层内的活细根与死细根生物量均呈极显著差异(p〈0.01);(2)各林分0~25cm土层的活细根生物量都在秋季最高,矮林、草甸则有两个峰值,除秋季外另一峰值出现在春季;(3)各林分活细根与死细根在0~10cm土层内的生物量均高于10~25cm土层内的生物量(p〈0.01);(4)活细根、总细根生物量与各土层含水率呈显著相关性(p〈0.05)。
We conducted an experiment in four different elevation sites in Wuyi Mountain in a subtropical region. We measured the fine root biomass,analyzed the fine root biomass seasonal dynamic changes. The results were as follows: (1)Living fine root biomass (LFRB) was over 90 % of the total fine root biomass(TFRB),there is very significant difference between living fine root biomass and dead fine root biomass (DFRB) (p 0. 01). (2)The maximum biomass of living fine root appeared in autumn,Dwarf Forest and Alpine Meadows have the other peak value in spring. (3)Living fine root biomass and dead fine root biomass at the depth of 0—10 cm are all significantly higher than that of 10—25 cm (p 0. 01) at each forest. (4)There are very significant correlation between soil moisture and living fine root biomass,dead fine root biomass at different soil layers(p 0. 01).
