Objective： The reasonable county region hospital modes should be constructed, in order to reach the hospital group＇s synergistic effect. Methods： The hospital group-building modes of Yuyao and Suichang County have been collectecd, and the specific situation would be analyzed by using typical case analysis method. Results： the hospital group in project area lack of strategic overall planning; the collaborative business development is not sufficient; The tinancial and human resources did not achieve unified planning and accounling; information resource exchange blocked. Conclusions： The areas should under the guidance of collaborative management theory, estahlish the eonnty region hospital group-building mode which treat the strategic synergy as the center, the business collaboration and resources coordination as architecture, and the information coordination for supporting.
