目的:构建合理的县域医院集团化模式,以期实现医院集团化的协同效应。方法:通过总结项目试点地区余姚和遂昌县医院集团化的具体做法。采用典型案例分析法对具体情况进行了分析。结果:项目试点地区医院集团缺乏战略整体规划;业务协同开展不充分;财务、人力资源未实现统一规划和核算;信息资源互通不畅。结论:各地区应在“管理协同理论”的指导下,探索建立“以战略协同为中心,以业务协同、资源协同为构架,以信息协同为支撑”的县域医院集团化模式。
Objective: The reasonable county region hospital modes should be constructed, in order to reach the hospital group's synergistic effect. Methods: The hospital group-building modes of Yuyao and Suichang County have been collectecd, and the specific situation would be analyzed by using typical case analysis method. Results: the hospital group in project area lack of strategic overall planning; the collaborative business development is not sufficient; The tinancial and human resources did not achieve unified planning and accounling; information resource exchange blocked. Conclusions: The areas should under the guidance of collaborative management theory, estahlish the eonnty region hospital group-building mode which treat the strategic synergy as the center, the business collaboration and resources coordination as architecture, and the information coordination for supporting.
