英文摘要：

Objective： Through the main implementation of county and township government medical resources integration in Yuyao City, to analyze and summarize the reform achievement and experience of county and township government in China, combing the characteristics of medical resources summary mode and successful experience, and to put forward the comprehensive promotion of policy suggestions. Methods： Using questionnaire survey, insider interview, policy analysis, literature analysis and mathematical statistics method. Results： Zhejiang Province Yuyao City explores the resource sharing, resource classification, resources radiation and concentrate resources rationing and resource integration model, establishes the clinical inspection center as a representative of the five center, anti implements clinical inspection, disinfection supply, health supplies procurement, chronic disease diagnosis and medical image consultation and other related resources integration and reform. Conclusion： Zhejiang Province Yuyao City medical resources integration reform has implemented for a long time now, and has achieved good results, and its practice and experience is worthy to be popularized.
