设计并制备出CdSe-Au、PbSe-Au、FePt—Au、Cu2O-Au和FePt—CdS-Au等二元和三元异质纳米颗粒。基于异质纳米颗粒的制备方法,TEM和HRTEM的观测分析,提出了Au基多组元异质纳米颗粒的形成机理。CdSe—Au异质纳米颗粒的吸收光谱、荧光光谱和X射线光电子能谱价带谱的研究表明,多组元材料构筑的异质纳米颗粒,不仅集合了不同组元材料各自的本征性能,还可以耦合产生新的物理特性。
The Au-based multi-component heterostructure nanoerystals CdSe-Au, PbSe-Au, FePt-Au, Cu20-Au 和 FePt-Cds-Au have been prepared. Based on the preparation method and the observations of TEM and HRTEM, a formation mechanism of the Au-Based multi- component hetcrostructure nanocrystals has been proposed. The absorption spectrum, the photoluminescence spectrum and the VB-XPS spectrum of CdSe-Au exhibit the new physical properties due to the coupling effect.
