城市群是国家推进新型城镇化的主体形态,同时也是主要的人居环境.从人居的角度来看,中国城市群的发展将受制于在相对狭小的宜居空间内集聚大规模人口的特殊国情,同时受到区域快速交通网络发展的影响.将城市群视为不同尺度空间之叠合,一是在国家/区域尺度上以快速交通网络为骨架的城市节点网络空间;二是在区域/地方尺度上以不同等级城市组成的中心地体系.基于“网络”与“中心地体系”的空间特征,提出了模拟城市群空间格局的“递归近邻搜索法”,模拟了快速铁路网络条件下由3个世界级城市群、5个国家重点城市群、以及若干个区域性城市群组成的中国城市群新格局.对城市群的未来格局进行展望,并提出优化我国城市群的人居环境的建议,为新型城镇化进程中城市群规划和政策的制定提供借鉴和参考.
Urban agglomeration is not only a main form of China's new urbanization, but also an important form of human settlements. From the perspective of human settlements, the development of China's urban agglomerations are limited to the special conditionthata large population gathers in a small livable space, and is influenced by the construction of high-speed transportation network. This paper regards urban "overlay" of two different agglomeration as an spatial scales. On the national/regional scale, urban agglomerations are urban node networks organized by high-speed transportation network. On the regional/local scale, urban agglomerations are central place systems formed by cities at different levels. Based on the spatial qualities of network and central place, the paper proposes a "recursive nearest neighbor search method" to identify the spatial pattern of urban agglomerations, which simulates a new spatial pattern of China's urban agglomerations composed of 3 world urban agglomerations, 5 national Urban agglomerations and several regional urban agglomerations. This paper also predicts the future development of China's urban agglomerations and puts forward some suggestions for improving the human settlements of urban agglomerations, which can be used as references for the government to make plans and policies for urban agglomerations in the process of new urbanization.
