针对飞行模拟器操纵负荷系统,在分析电液伺服阀非线性因素基础上,将电液伺服阀作为惯性环节来处理,构建了操纵负荷液压力控制系统的数学模型,并进行了仿真研究。仿真结果表明,电液伺服阀的非线性因素对位置扰动型伺服施力系统影响显著;虽然根据结构不变性原理进行前馈补偿能够有效消除系统中存在的多余力,但其并不能解决非线性因素带来的跟踪误差。
In the control loading system,the non-linear characteristics of the electro-hydraulic servo-valve was analyzed,and with the servo-valve as a first order inertial element,the mathematical model for control loading hydraulic system was set up.The force was simulated,and the results show that the non-linear characteristic of the electro-hydraulic servo-valve influences the system evidently;by using the feed-forward compensation the force error for nonlinear can not be solved availably,while the disturbance force can be eliminated effectively.
