以研制的飞行模拟器操纵负荷系统原理样机为研究平台,对驾驶机构施加力加载的液压力控制系统进行了试验研究。为解决稳态精度和稳定性之间的矛盾,提高力加载控制系统的加载精度,构造了一种前馈补偿和PID反馈调节相结合的复合控制算法。试验结果验证了该复合控制算法的有效性,同时也验证了由前馈控制和PID控制构成的复合控制是实现操纵负荷力加载高精度跟踪控制的有效方法。
This paper was based upon the development of flight simulator control loading system prototype as research platform, and the tests of hydraulic control system of imposing loading drive facility were carried out. In order to solve the contraction between steady state accuracy and stability, improve loading precision of the control loading system, this paper put forward a composite control algorithm which was the combination of feed forward compensation and PID feedback regulation. Test results have verified the validity of composite control algorithm, at the same time verified that the composite control algorithm is an effective method of achieving high precision tracking control manipulated by loading.
