英文摘要：

By structuring the index of fixed assets investment（FAI） , and using the data of fixed assets investment in Jiangxi Province and national wide from 1989 to 2012, we calculate the industry transfer seale from other domestic areas to Jiangxi Province. By formu- lating a single equation model we study the relationship among economic growth, undertaking domestic and international industrial transfer and environmental pollution in liangxi Provinee. It shows that economic growth not only contributes to air pollution, but also leads to the deterioration of water environment, while the environmental Kuznets curve of industrial solid waste emissions is inverted ＂U＂ shaped curve, and the turning point occurs in 2010. Transfer of industry in Jiangxi Province increases industrial waste gas and waste water discharge, while it has no significant influence on the industrial solid waste emissions. Industrial expansion has increased environmental pollution. However the serious shortage in antipollution investment is a significant factor contributing to the fact that the environmental situation has not been improved significantly. In order to reduce the environment pollution, it is necessary to optimize undertaking industrial transfer, increase pollution disposal investment, speed up the industrial structure upgrade and reform the industrial park by the circular economy theory.
