采用有限元方法发展了一个复合材料层合板疲劳寿命分析的系列单元失效模型,模型给出了复合材料层合板刚度退化、内部损伤和损伤累积规律.把层合板的失效过程模拟成单元刚度逐步退化、应力不断重新分布、单元损伤不断累积的动态过程。利用ANSYS软件进行了两个算例分析,分析预测结果与试验结果吻合较好。
An element failure model in series of composite laminates for the tattgue life predicution under cyclic loading is presented based on the finite element method (FEM), In this model the stiffness reduction of laminates is given, and the fatigue damage and cumulative fatigue damage rules are defined. The failure of composite laminates is simulated as a dynamic process in which the failure of the laminte is caused by the element failure in series, the stress in the laminte is redistributed and the fatigue damage is accumulated as the element failure. The simulation is achieved by codes of ANSYS and Matlab. Two examples show that results of the estimated fatigue life are in agreement with the experimental results.
