陷窝所诱导的旋涡强化动量或热的交换,使得陷窝在分离流动控制和强化对流传热研究中很受关注。深宽比是影响陷窝诱导涡结构的重要参数,开展了深宽比对陷窝诱导涡结构影响的研究。研究发现,深宽比为00.6时,涡结构为马蹄涡;深宽比为0.1至0.14时,涡结构为闭式分离泡;深宽比为0.16至0.20时,涡结构为对称类龙卷风涡;深宽比为0.22至0.30时,涡结构为非对称类龙卷风涡。通过涡核涡强度对比发现,过深的陷窝和过浅的陷窝其内涡强度均比中等深度陷窝弱。
The vortex induced by dimple enhances momentum and heat exchange ,make dimple the focus of flow separation control and heat enhancement research .The depth to print diameter ratio is an impor-tant factor which influence vortex structure induced by dimple .This article studies the influence of depth to print diameter ratio to vortex structure induced by dimple .The depth to print diameter ratio is changed from 0.04 to 03.0 ,with an interval of 0.02.research find out that ,0.04 dimple′s flow structure is atta-ched flow,with no separation;0.06dimple ′s flow structure is horseshoe vortex ,0.08 dimple′s vortex structure is an transition from horseshoe vortex to closed separation bubble ,0.1 to 0.14 dimple′s vortex structure is closed separation bubble ,0.16 to 0.20 dimple′s vortex structure is symmetric tornado -like vortex,0.22 to 0.30 dimple′s vortex structure is asymmetric tornado-like vortex,through vortex strength comparison,find out that too deep dimple0 .18 and 0.24 and too shallow dimple 0.06 have lower vortex strength compare with middle dimple 0 .08 and 0 .12 .
