阐述了无轴承异步电机基本工作原理,并根据其悬浮和控制要求设计了硬件控制系统,给出了硬件电路图,通过实验得到试验波形。实验表明设计的硬件电路可以作为无轴承电机驱动的通用逆变器电路,且性能可靠。基于本硬件电路,通过DSP软件调节PID参数可实现无轴承异步电机的悬浮及旋转。
In the paper basic operation principle of bearingless induction motors (BIM) is described and hardware control system is designed according to suspension and rotation control requirement for BIMs. The circuits of main modules in the hardware control system are presented, and the waveforms of main test points in the inverter circuits have been measured through experiments. The experiment resuits have shown that these hardware circuits can be used as universal inverter circuits for bearingless motors and performance is reliable. Based on these hardware circuits, bearingless induction motor can be realized suspension and rotation by DSP software adjusting PID parameters.
