提出了五自由度磁悬浮开关磁阻电动机通过使用有限元软件Ansoft来计算悬浮驱动电流的方法。介绍了一种五自由度磁悬浮开关磁阻电机结构,分析了三自由度磁轴承的工作原理和二自由度磁悬浮开关磁阻电动机的悬浮原理,接着采用Ansoft软件对磁悬浮开关磁阻电机进行有限元分析计算,得出悬浮驱动电流曲线,从而实现了通过有限元分析计算代替传统的以研究控制对象数学模型为主的研究方法。该方法对磁悬浮一类电动机的悬浮控制研究有一定的意义。
The 5 degree-of-freedom (DOF) bearingless switched reluctance motor (BSRM) is presented, whose driving current are calculated by using the Finite Element Analysis Method based on ANSOFT. Firstly, the structure of the 5 DOF BSRM is briefly introduced. Secondly, the working principles of 3 DOF magnetic bearing and 2 DOF BSRM are analyzed. Then the driving current curves for the suspension of BSRM have been obtained by using the Finite element Analysis Method based on ANSOFT MAXWELL 2D. The method can replace the traditional study method based on the mathematical model of control system, so it is very helpful for the control strategies of magnetic suspension motors.
