无轴承异步电机是一个多变量、强耦合、非线性的系统,根据无轴承异步电机的运行机理,推导了旋转力和径向悬浮力方程,建立了基于转子磁场定向的电机的状态方程,根据状态方程分析系统的可逆性,应用α阶逆系统的方法实现了径向悬浮力与旋转力之间、径向悬浮力之间的动态解耦;并采用线性综合方法设计了系统的闭环控制器。仿真结果表明,系统具有良好的动、静态性能。
A bearingless asynchronous motor is a multi-variable, strong-coupled and nonlinear system. To start with, according to the working principles of bearingless asynchronous motor, the equations of torque force and radial suspension forces were inferred, then the state equations of motor based on rotor flux orientation was set up. Secondly, the reversibility of system based on the mechanical equations was discussed in detail. Using α-th inverse system, dynamic decoupling control between radial force and electromagnetic torque force and radial forces were realized. Finally, the controllers were designed respectively according to the linear system theory. The simulationresults have showed that the whole control system has good dynamic and static performance.
