采用超声波提取茶叶中的茶多酚,并应用高效液相色谱法对不同品种的茶叶及同一产地不同档次的茶叶中的茶多酚成份进行分析测定.结果表明,采用Hyper-sil ODS柱,超纯水、甲醇和0.36%的乙酸为流动相,梯度洗脱,流速为0.8 mL.min-1,柱温40℃,在280 nm波长处可对儿茶素进行检测,其线性范围为0.6~3.0 g.L-1,R为0.999 6~0.999 9.
The tea polyphenols of different type and grade teas were distilled by ultrasonic method.And high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC) was applied to rapidly determination of the standard catechins.The results show that the optimum chromatographic conditions are as follow:Hyper-sil ODS column,superpure water,methanol and 0.36% acetic acid as mobile phase,grads flow wash rate 0.8 mL·min-1,the column temperature 40 ℃,at 280 nm band could detect the catechins.Its linearity is kept in the range from 0.6—3.0 g·L-1(R=0.999 6—0.999 9).The stability of this method is well and the recycle rate is high.
