先以聚合氯化铝、硫酸弧铁为絮凝剂,对高浓度实际印染废水进行前期预处理,然后用化学氧化法进行深度处理。废水经过处理后,无色透明,CODc,值为80mg/L。钙镁离子的含量为1657.7mg(CaCO3)/L。该水再用改性斜发沸石进行软化,软化后水中钙镁离子含量为102.35mg(CaCO3)/L,达到晤洗、碱液用水和一般洗涤用水硬度标准,可以回用。
