The toxicity and safety evaluation of glyphosate to Sinonovacula constricta Lamark、Phascolosoma esculenta and Boleophthalmus pectinirostris were investigated by using standardized laboratory procedures,the grade was compartmentalized according to toxicity scope,and the safety evaluation was made for the pesticides.The results showed that the 96 h LC50 values were 233.60, 1 267.00 and 1 068.00 mg·L-1 for Sinonovacula constricta Lamark、Phascolosoma esculenta and Boleophthalmus pectinirostris,respectively,which belong to slight toxicity grade.The safe concentra-tions were 23.36,126.70 and 106.80 mg·L-1 ,respectively,the toxicity order was Sinonovacula con-stricta＆gt;Boleophthalmus pectinirostris＆gt;Phascolosoma esculenta.
