At least 173 proteins can be up-regulated or changed in their phosphorylation status in the human cells after irradiation.This article briefly introduced the characteristics of DNA repair-related proteins such as H2AX,ATM,CDKN1A,and TP53,and analyzed their responses to radiation of different quality and dose.
