对现代化矿井综采设备供电系统的优化与设计,是实现高产高效现代化矿井的关键。采用理论分析的方法对综采工作面供电系统的拟定、设备负荷分配、变电站的容量校验及高压防爆开关的选择验算、电缆的选择等进行了优化与设计,保证了综采工作面供电系统的稳定性。经过优化设计确定的综采工作面供电系统,在综采工作面各种设备频繁启动的过程中,对整个供电系统影响很小,供电质量得到了保证,生产系统运行正常。
Optimization and design of power supply system of fully-mechanized mining equipments in modem mine made adifference in high production and high efiqciency. Formulation of power supply system for fully mechanized coal face,equipment load distribution, capacity check of substation, selection check of high voltage explosion proof switch and cableselection were optimized and designed on the basis of theoretical analysis, which guaranteed stability of power supplysystem in fully mechanized mining face. After its optimization and design, the impact on entire power supply system waslittle in th process of frequently starting of various equipments, which gnranteed power supply quality and normal operationof production system.
