大倾角煤层开采支架失稳机理分析及应用

大倾角煤层开采时,工作面支架失稳给矿井带来诸多不安全因素,采用理论分析、公式计算的研究方法,通过构建二维的平面模型,分别分析了支架下滑和倾倒的主要影响因素,研究得出:支架下滑失稳的影响因素是支架自重和支护阻力,支架倾倒失稳主要与支架宽度、支架重心高度、支架高度以及支护阻力有关,并分析了各个因素对支架稳定性的影响关系。以泉店煤矿11030综放工作面为背景,根据分析得出的影响因素,进行工作面液压支架选型,并进行力学验证。提出了支架失稳的防治技术措施,并进行了效果检验,实践证明:采用的防倒千斤顶、带压移架等技术措施,可有效控制支架失稳,确保工作面的高产高效,为大倾角煤层开采时支架的稳定控制提供了科学依据和指导。

英文摘要:

When mining coal seam with large inclined angles, the instability of supports on coal face has caused many safety hidden dan-gers, with the research methods of theoretical analysis and mathematical formula, by building the model of two-dimensional plane, this paper respectively analyzed the main influencing factors of moving down and dumping of the supports. It was concluded that the influ-ence factors of moving down instability of the supports is supports self-gravity and support resistance, it ws also concluded that the influ-ence factors of supports dumping instability are the center of supports gravity and the supports width, supports height and support resist-ance. Taking 11030 working face in Quandian Coal Mine as study object,the paper chose the type of mining hydraulic support and veri-fied the mechanics characteristics according to the analysis of influencing factors. At last,this paper put forward some measures about prevention technology of the supports instability, then the verification has been carried out for application effects. The practice shows that the prevention measures can effectively control the supports instability by the measures of fall prevention jack and sliding advance of support, and so on. It has provided a scientific basis and guidance for the stability control of the supports in mining coal seam with large inclined angle.
